Using Recruitment and Retention Services at the CCTS

The CCTS Recruitment and Retention program helps inform researchers of the various strategies and best practices to recruit participants. The program helps increase the likelihood that potential participants will learn about and participate in clinical trials.

Consultations are available to help research teams with everything from sharing best practices for providing great customer service to explaining the different recruitment tools and methods that can be used to help you meet your recruitment goals.

  • Listing your study on StudySearch, an Ohio State-specific website dedicated to clinical trials at Ohio State
  • Training on ResearchMatch, a website connecting participants to research studies
  • Social media advertising for clinical trial recruitment
  • Using MyChart for Recruitment
  • Aid in creation of marketing materials for your study
