2023 ATRN Health Summit Highlight

The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children’s Hospital was well-represented at the 2023 Annual Appalachian Translational Research Network (ATRN) Health Summit.

The 13th Annual ATRN Health Summit is a two-day event that was held October 5 and 6, 2023 at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. The ATRN is a 501c3 organization comprised of nine academic and medical institutions and multiple community-based organizations. This event gave the research community an opportunity to share their presentations with attendees regarding their projects.

Dr. Seuli Brill, Chief of the Combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Section and Research Director for The Ohio State University Division of General Internal Medicine, was the ATRN Summit Keynote Speaker on Day Two of the event with her presentation: A Tale of Two Counties: Building Infrastructure and Access to Promote Maternal Health Equity in Ohio Appalachia.
